Currently, Pontus Water is available in 12 packs of 12 fl oz glass bottles. You can grab your stash through this website using secure payments here. Our water will soon also be available in select local and regional grocery stores as well as on-premise locations (bars, restaurants, gyms, etc) in the Southeast. We are actively working on making Pontus available to all nationwide. To help, you can go into your local grocery store and ask why they don't carry Pontus yet.

Pontus is a beverage company founded in 2025. We currently offer Natural Artesian Water bottled in glass and infinitely recyclable Alumi-Tek® bottles. We pride ourselves on being the first personified healthy beverage company on the market and one of if not the only companies dedicated specifically to raising awareness for marine life. Read more about Pontus here.

Basically, it means our water comes from a super clean underground pool called an aquifer (ah-kwuh-fur). An aquifer is like a giant sponge made of rock and sand that holds fresh water deep underground. Artesian water means that the water is under natural pressure, so when we tap into it, it rises up on its own. No machines or magic tricks needed. In short: the water is pure, protected, and comes up like it really wants to be in your bottle.

Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. You may also elect to place a singular or One Time Order.

Subscriptions

When you sign up for a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the schedule you choose. You’ll be charged automatically unless you’ve prepaid. Subscriptions renew automatically. If you don’t wish to renew, you can cancel anytime.

Your order confirmation email has a link to manage your subscription easily.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders let you purchase out-of-stock or upcoming items.

You can cancel a pre-order if it hasn’t shipped yet. Once it’s fulfilled, cancellation isn’t possible.

Singular & One Time Orders

When you place an order online, we work hard to fulfill that order and get it shipped out to you within 48 hours. In some instances, it can be shipped out same day. After placing your order, please email pontus@pontuswater.com within three hours if you wish to cancel. If you email us within that time frame, we will cancel your order and initiate a refund.
